Order Status
You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched.
To check the status of you order you can click the link in your order confirmation email or you can click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site to check the status of your order.

Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

If you paid for a tracked service, then the tracking number will be in this email.

Click on the Account link in the top right hand side of the site and create account.
You can edit any of your information when you are logged in to your account.
You can reset your password on the Account page.
Shipping
After you enter your address details at checkout the current shipping options to your country will be shown.
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices which are dependant on your shipping location. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

Pricing and Billing
You will be charged VAT if you are in the UK.
Outside of the UK you will not be charged VAT at time of purchase, but PLEASE NOTE it is YOUR responsibility to pay any customs clearance and import duty required on entry into your own country. This amount will vary from country to country. The courier or postal service will contact you when your order goes through customs with the amount of duty etc. you need to pay. If you fail to pay the customs duty, this will result in the package being returned to sender or destroyed.
